HPHoops Regular Season 2021-2022
Registration will open from
October 5 - November 22, 2022
for the 2021-2022 season.
High Plains Hoops recognizes that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from a sport due to unforseen circumstances. Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the total number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because many of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in a cost to High Plains Hoops.
As such, we have adopted the following policy for refunds to accommodate people whose plans have changed while maintaining the financial responsibilities associated with each sports season:

AFTER BEING PLACED ON A ROSTER
50% Less $20 Processing Fee
AFTER SEASON BEGINS
In the event of a returned check, the player will not be placed on a team until payment is satisfied including a $20 penalty.
Each team is required to have a sponsor for the season. Sponsorships are $200 for each team, and will include the buisness's name on the jersey, as well as a tax deductible letter for their records.
Sponsors should print the agreement and send their payment in with a team member, or the coach of the team they wish to sponsor.
